Like riding a bike, it’s the little adjustments in steering that keep you moving forward.
We’ve made lots of small changes since we started in 2013 – to our wines, to our lives, and occasionally to help other people too.
Since our first commercial release in 2013 our labels have been subjected to a number of small (and not so small) changes.
Small Changes Red has undergone many changes in its make-up over the years. It started out as a Grenache, and over time came to incorporate varying amounts of Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, Mataro and Cabernet Franc.
For the 2018 release we have created a Classic Australian red blend – Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
A good ol’ Shiraz Cab.
The Shiraz is from Langhorne Creek. It’s big and bold, rich, thick, chocolatey, earthy.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is from McLaren Vale. It’s certified organic and biodynamic and shows classic varietal blackcurrant notes with strong tannins supporting the lovely core of dark fruit notes.
Together they make Small Changes Red – an ideal companion for your barbecue or your next camping trip. Goes down great sitting on a log, by a fire.
